A Taughtful Time

As I walk my way to school,

I wonder what new lessons will be cool,

What new things will I learn more?

But I hope I won’t feel any bore.

Whenever I start our English class,

I sometimes feel my heart beats fast,

But I realized I must not,

Because I know, our teacher will teach us a lot.

“Heroes of my Life,” was the first topic that we encountered,

There were different questions that we have answered.

This was also the first theme of the blog that we made,

That I complied with information's, which I hope will never fade.

Verbals are the next lesson that we study,

This was a topic which I am confused of since elementary,

But I never thought that it would be just this easy,

After our teacher taught us concisely and logically

We also tackled the different idiomatic expressions,

And we have an exercise which is to answer questions.

Using verbals, we come up with new topic for our second blog,

And I’m thankful that my mind didn't log.

We study William Shakespeare’s biography,

We read his most popular story

And had a Home Reading Report totally,

This was entitled “Romeo and Juliet”, I enjoyed their love story.

I am so glad that we were given a chance to change the ending of the tragedy,

Of Romeo and Juliet’s love story, for our blog number three.

That’s why like any other fairy tale, I made it better,

And made them live happily ever after.

We read about Jonathan Livingston Seagull story,

And answer the questions silently,

After it, we were asked to make collage about technologies for our blog number four,

These made me inspired more.

Shakespearean Master Pieces were also given,

These includes Hamlet, Julius Caesar, Much ADO about Nothing,

A Mid Summer Nights Dream, Macbeth, The comedy or Errors and the Tempest,

In performing our Piece, I hope our group will be the best.

The last topic that were currently studying is the different kind of tense,

Where in studying these made me feel tense,

But I asked myself why,

And told myself, studying these won’t make me die.

These are just the primary topic that we encounter in the first month of the school year,

I am still hoping to learn more after being a third year,

Nowadays studying English is the first thing a want to achieve for the day.

I hope that I can excel well in this subject, that’s what I pray.
